Note

Just couldn’t be bothered to get out this weekend. Also ate way too much food so feel abit rubbish. Very excited to excersise tomorrow and hopefully for a better week of training in general

Was being really indecisive this morning so ended up just seeing where my legs took me. Down innocent railway, skirted round duddingston golf course and up onto the road round the seat. Lovely sunny weather. Foot a little sore still (has been sore since Saturday)

Woke up after an afternoon nap feeling pretty rubbish and tired so decided I needed some intervals to sort me out. Started the session 400, 600, 800 (2min) but legs felt rubbish so joined the boys for some 'easy' meadow laps. A nice steady run for me of course but felt good and much more enjoyable than reps. Estimated I was running for around 45 mins because was recording on phone which doesnt take out all the stops
