ECKO event - Glen Sallach (Blue)

Back in classic Ecko terrain - tussocks and bogs. Lovely open hill top with great views. Pretty clean run just walking the hills and jogging the downs.

Cycling 57:06 [2]

Plan was to cycle out to the coast and along to queensferry. Firstly got lost getting to the coast so the first half of the cycle was cutting about in the city. Then seat came loose even though I’d just tightened it before the cycle. Seat then fell off so had to cycle the whole way home standing on my pedals. Was very much a crawl home with burning legs. Not very fun at all

Was pretty knackered yesterday and not in a fit state to train. Then was working all day today so again no training. Feeling good now so will see what tomorrow brings

JK - Relay

3rd leg in the EUOC neds team with Louise and Lindsey. Great runs from the girls meant I think I was set out in top 10. An alright run. Was feeling the tiredness and the heat so again felt slow. Messed up 1 and 2. Which seems to be a common theme in all 4 races. The just plodded about the rest of the course with 2 more mess ups at the end. Enjoyable run in the end.
