Beinn a Chochuill

Ran up the track which actually gets a fair bit of the climb out of the way. Then just walked up the hill to the top of the ridge. Open hillside so picking my way through bog and tussocks. Lovely run along the ridge with amazing 360 views to the summit. Again back down was pretty scary as it was vv steep and I have no confidence. Met mum at the top of the track and jogged back down with her. Lovely hill and felt pretty easy which is nice

Glen Nant to Glen Lonan with Em. Torrential rain, very soggy. Road up Glen Nant was really busy so we had to keep stopping for cars. Track over to Glen Lonan was nicer.

Legs not too sore today but from my experience yesterday they need a good rest. Had a lovely swim in the loch which hopefully helped the recovery
