Fearnoch with Emma. Really only planned to run like 5km but Emma wanted to do a 10k boy which turned out to be 11km. Legs very domsy from yesterday but once we got going they loosened off.

Cruachan ridge with Anja and Callum. Very steep up to Taynuilt peak (over 1000m in under 3km). The clouds were very low for the whole run except at the top of Cruachan where there was a lovley window so we could see the view. Quite a scramble along the ridge. Some rock climbing and dodgy sections. Lost my sense of direction abit on Stobh DIamh and came off the wrong way but corrected ourselves and altered our route a little to go down the easy ridge instead of sending it into the clouds of the Lairg noe. I am useless on steep downhills.
