The perfect mortonhall plod with Louise and Laura. Feeling very lucky to not feel hungover. Managed to loose laura and louise at one point so spent some time very confused walking around some woods, but we regrouped and all was well

6km tempo round the meadows. Ran with louise while she did her session and just ran on during the rests. Horrific weather, sleet and wind. Legs were really cold and stiff so had no spring what so ever. Also, still full from lunch. Nothing amazing but getting anything done on a day like that is impressive id say
