Quick trip to the pentlands with Em. Up and round Turnhouse. Legs feeling pretty tired, too tired considering the running I’ve been doing recently. So going to take couple days off to reset. Slept better last night and deadline on Tuesday so should feel better after that

Chatty run with Niamh along braids and hermitage, sort of run where time flies by and you don't even notice the miles. It looked grey outside so I put on tights and a jacket. Oh my I was so wrong. It was absolutely roasting.

Spent a long morning in dissertation lab meetings so missed going out with Laura for intervals. Thought id head out later but had a meltdown about life and decided the weather was too nice to do anything hard so went for a gorgeous cycle with Em to Dalkeith. First cycle in ages and I loved it
