Small session in the rain. 10 x 1on/1off (avg 3.58/5.09) along falmouth harbour. Feeling a bit better today and doing a session sounded more fun than just running in the dark. Felt good although quite tired after.

Jog to Swanpool for a dip in the sea with Cat. Everyone in the house is a little run down and JJ is pretty ill after overdoing it at the weekend so decided against track to make sure I dont get super ill. This was good though, needed to wake up a little. Couldnt get to sleep until 3 last night
