V windy off-road seat lap with Niamh and Ellie. Love the seat! Left knee fudged after. It’s fine will runnning but gets so stiff and sore when I stop. Opposite knee to the previously injured one. Might need to avoid running for a while :’(

Arguably worse today. Very little sleep. Really heavy head, feels like lots of pressure going on in there. Cough still bad. Skipped lectures and did feel better through the day. Wouldnt mind feeling better tomorrow
