Kerno event - Tehidy country park. Made a 180 degree error at the map flip which it took me an embarrassing long time to realise. Made me loose the grrr. Map was also wrong scale so the 7.5km course ended up being 11.5km

Back in Cornwall. A spontaneous flushing loop, only planned to go for a little 3km pootle but was feeling good so just kept going. Main road was so busy so probably wouldn’t do that again and the coastal path was mega muddy and slippy. Despite this really enjoyed being out. Knee abit iffy
