So busy with uni this week, finding easier to go to the gym and use treadmill than head on actual runs. 10 minutes steady today. Wanted to do more but short for time as tutoring later

Steady intervals on the treadmill. Felt good for knee. Nothing too strenuous just moving the legs. Progressed the speed with each rep. 4 x 4 (1)
