Foot very stiff and sore after walking round Malmo and the airport all day

A lovely cold sunny morning along the sea front in Malmö with all the family on bikes. Foot sore in the first half and then very achy after. Think I need to take some more time off :’(. Alex has shared some wisdom that my toe pain and stiffness it likely from Bachata. So at least I kinda know why that’s hurting. Hopefully that’ll just get stronger with more dancing. The arch pain on the other hand I’m not sure about. Will give it a rest for a couple days and just hope it goes away. Might check out some insoles aswell

Twice steady round the deer park: 2 x 2.7km (4:48, 4:29). Didn’t look at my watch and ran off feel. Opposite directions for each rep so the first had the long steady hill and the second had the short steep hill. Bit of a rogue one with no warm up but just went with what I was feeling like. Foot hurt during second rep with the pain starting in my arch and moving into my toe, but it was ok on the cool down.
