Balmedie brown. Pretty good run. A couple blunders around some control circles or cutting into the techy contours too early but probably as clean as I could hope for after not much O. The sand was tough to run on. All in all really enjoyed and made me want to orienteer more again

Finally made it back to carnethy reps - 2 x (2,1,90,30,30) up galloping glen. Actually felt brilliant this eve. Legs feeling really strong. Really fun. Foot mostly not too bad. Abit sore on some of the downs and on the CD but it survived which is brill

Home from the office following the WOL. Very nice route, and nice to run along bits of the WOL I’ve not seen before. Pretty ideal as goes most of the way back and I can imagine it’s even nicer running the other way. Foot ok
