Yay for klister conditions. Did 1x1lap, 1x2 lap, and 1x3 lap sprints. Felt pretty good. Glad I could do something to get ready for this upcoming weekend.

Went for a run in the rain with Danny D. Scouted out a coffee shop for his special date!

Went for an easy run in Hartley. Had a few good ski walk sessions.

Running 50:00 [3]

Ran for 50 Minutes around the indoor track. Started to get bored by the end.

Did pull-ups, rollerboard and 2x8 minute abs. Also did 2x50 pushups. Arms felt pretty good. Feels good to finally get some strength in. I was losing so many gains.

TT today! 10k, roughly, at Giants Ridge. Felt good. Focused on good technique for double poling.
