Yay for klister conditions. Did 1x1lap, 1x2 lap, and 1x3 lap sprints. Felt pretty good. Glad I could do something to get ready for this upcoming weekend.
Ran for 50 Minutes around the indoor track. Started to get bored by the end.

Did pull-ups, rollerboard and 2x8 minute abs. Also did 2x50 pushups. Arms felt pretty good. Feels good to finally get some strength in. I was losing so many gains.
