Ran 4 loops in Bagley with bounding poles. The workout was bound up the hills and push into ANT and go more of a DE pace for the rest of the run. HR was really high today and I don't know why other than maybe not getting a bunch of sleep. Didn't feel horrible though.

First Speedball session of the year! Had lots of fun playing, but felt really tired at the same time.

Short run on the indoor track in BWC after speedball.
Two straight hours of double poling. Didnt bother to kick at all. Worked on technique a lot in my head and by looking at my shadow. Arms felt really strong. Did quite a few stop ahead sprints and felt powerful on those. Fun ski.
