Warming up (50) and cooling down from Strand TT.

Paincave TT on Strand. Big head winds made the last 5k a struggle, but other than that I felt pretty solid. Didn't redline until the top of Strand and Technique felt decent for most of the race.

Medium ski at Lakewood today. Goal of today was to chill out some before our Strand TT tomorrow. Hr was really low for some of the ski; around 110.

Warming up for Strength test inside BWC.

Some of the most painful minutes you can have. The strength test. Feel like I held my own pretty well. Tried to be honest and not cheat at all...
Scanlon 132 represented and went 1,2,3.

Classic skiing 45:00 [3]

6x1 mimute max douple pole intervals up a steep hill after doing the strength test. Body was dead and arms were fading fast. Good workout to make you feel weak and sore the next day.

Ended up classic skiing with Teddy instead of skating with everyone else because skate rollerskis weren't done being changed over. Double poled almost the entire workout. Did a few sprint aheads with Teddy and Steve! Was a fun workout

Hard 3k TT on the track up at Highland high school. Body finally felt like it could go harder again. Had been feeling a lack of energy before.

First official day of Nordic with the team! Skied decently fast for the first 50 minutes of practice and felt strong at the time. Worked a lot on Double poling technique which I felt helped me a great deal. Focused on that for the last hour of the ski. Arms started to fade a little bit and HR went up.
