Super easy running for a warmup and cooldown. Legs hurt already.

Solid workout tonight. Dancing at Homecoming. Legs got sore. Ouch.

Easy skiing around Lakewood while working on some technique and tempo stuff. Worked on body position and weight transfer for V1. Felt like it helped a little.

4x12 minutes ANT double poling intervals. Felt really strong and technique felt good.

Easy skiing with some technique work before intervals. 10 min CD.

Long run/hike. Felt good on the legs even though they felt somewhat sore from the day before.

Hard ski walking intervals up Spirit. 5x4-5 minutes. Fastest time was 4:08. Felt like technique was solid.

Super long and beautiful run along the North Shore on the Lake Superior Hiking Trail! So happy I was able to go, unlike last year. Lots of fun running, lots of gorgeous views, and good times with teammates.
