Long rollerski today with most of the workout revolving around doing technique up and down a hill. Did a bunch of zombie drills, crunching drills, and double poling. HR was ANT for drills and the rest of the ski was easy. HR was super low for double poling.
Long skate ski this morning with 45 minute of no pole technique work thrown in. Huge focus on pushing to the sides rather than pushing behind yourself. Continued working on this for the entire ski. Body felt fantastic today, HR was low and was cruising, even on slow pavement.
