Skate skiing 3:40:00 [2]

LONG skate ski for our last workout of camp at Giants Ridge. Ended up doing technique form 45 minutes into the ski until the end...found this to be somewhat worthless after awhile. Did lots of no pole skiing and 1 arm poling. Shoulders were a bit sore afterwords.

Strength 40:00 [4]

Lots of till exhaustion strength related exercises. Ended up doing arm raises with Dan for about 10 minutes...ouch!
8 AM

Classic skiing 1:00:00 [2]

mix of classic and skate skiing to warm up for TT this morning. Warmup was about 50 minutes and CD was about 10 minutes.
9 AM

Classic skiing 40:00 [4]

~12k TT, 4x3k loops. Was 2nd time Classicing so all technique was completely off. Ankle was hurting a lot and kind of threw me off. Just happy to be on snow, though.

Running back and forth from cabins to lodge for strength.

Finished strength exercises off with core with Kate! It hurt.

Easy skate skiing with Allison after we first got up to Giants ridge for ski camp. Trails were in decent shape and HR was super low despite not skiing for awhile.

Long run in Cottage Grove along power lines. Saw some annoying middle school kids that tried to talk to me. s'cute.

Long and easy run all around Cottage Grove. Felt good even though HR felt a little high. Saw some good views while listening to music

Long skate ski with some technique work mixed in. Skied for about 30 minutes without poles. Skied most of the workout with Big Steve. Technique is starting to get better.
