Night mass-start with KR-gang at Barragem da Póvoa e Meadas. 4 times about 1.5 km, with 3min rest in-between for the first runner coming to the finish.



Well, according to this training, I might run for our second team in 10mila. Hard to survive in this World of violence when your legs are not responding…
