Couldn't go three days in a row without running, still got bad cold but took it easy, wanted to give up after half a mile, nearly turned round after three but then settled into an easy rhythm and ran the cold out... made a decision to ditch London, and all longer races. Going to focus on getting faster, but for now got to recover from this ill thing and keep it easy for a week - no intervals. Aiming to get faster at 5k, then 10k, with the goal of a September faster half - and 2017 faster marathon
