Very, very slow! Back super stiff stopped and stretched so I could actually move. Once I got moving (last mile) okay, but body feels like oil tanker. Stopped and got my train ticket so let it run a bit, but it was slow... but good to get up and get something done as 4 hour round commute and 9-5 work day
