| I've been in denial for a few days with calf trouble. Hard to isolate this one as the pain is skipping around. Not sure if it is the achilles or referred pain from bum/hamstring. In any case it is not good.
Back to test jog until it gets sore then stop dead. Lots of ice, stretching, massage and drugs until it gets better. |
