Grantown-Aviemore and back with Charles through some quieter roads. V cold to start off with (+2) but then got the legs turning so wasn't too bad. Fab viewz everywhere! :))

2 lectures and a 3h practical all back-to-back killed me. tried to have a nap, failed, didn't have the strength to do anything after plus cough is worse today.

bailed on the EUOC intervals.. easy lap of the Killing Fields then out to Meadows for a v short loop with Klara. Nice evening and feeling alright so pretty frustrated about the cough that's getting worse now..

just looked up what I did this time last year and did it.
10min of spinning, then various core stuff, some balance and plyo.
Finally had two days of complete rest over the weekend, which was exactly what I needed. Finally starting to feel better but still got a cough which is annoying..
