Eastern Trail, pretty darn runnable! Averaged around 7:30 miles, stopped a couple of times, once as Mose chased some deer (grrr.) and near the end to chat with some elver fishermen. Those things are selling for $1,700 a pound!

This turned into a shake-out run, though I wasn't intending it to. But overall, felt pretty good aerobically. Physically it's clear I need to do some more longer training days, as I had tightness in the upper Achilles and hips, probably from going long and relatively fast-ish.
