Stroudwater, tried to go hard but got some weird cramping in my quads, so I slowed up a bit. Maybe that Zwift workout was better than I initially perceived?

Escape from Portland for Mother's Day, exploring some new trails at the Ducktrap River. Missed the trails and hiked a boggy snowmobile trail, only realized our mistake as we were driving away. W is getting too heavy to carry.

Lugging a sleeping W around the beautiful and historic Pemaquid Point.

Mill Creek, very punch and slippery uphills. But sheltered from the crazy wind. And not too crowded.

Stroudwater circumnavigation towing W on sad, shoulder-less strip mall roads. But got it in before the snowstorm (!?)

Stroudwater, plus a little extra as I went back to pick up a forgotten Mose bag.
Tried going hard but it didn't feel good so ratcheted it back after two miles and fell into a slower but more sustainable rhythm. Really beautiful time to run.
