A beautiful run through Blackstrap, with one tumble that could have been bad, but I ducked into a tumble and somehow avoided injury.

Unintentional threshold run, after I got into the same pace as another guy and wanted to get away from him, but he kept taking the same route I was on. So annoying. Started chafing and getting blisters and so I stopped after 5.7 miles to regroup, then slow-jogged it back home.

Whoa boy that was a fun one, got back on Zwift and that is a much better workout than riding on the roads. Six intervals 5, then 4, then 3 minutes going from FTIP to FTP + 20 percent.
