Running intervals 25:00 [4]
slept:7.0 shoes: Brooks Pure Cadence

Mile- 6:31
Attempted tempo (though timing was difficult to nail)- 4x800 with 45 second rests in between. Was supposed to try for around 3:45
1- 3:31
2- 3:35
3- 3:39
4- 3:31
I should probably find some way to pace it better, but this time round I was going on feel, and I purposely made the last one similar to the first because I didn't like the idea of getting progressively slower (although I know that I was supposed to have taken it a bit slower for each of the 800s anyway).

Running hills 35:00 [5]
slept:7.5 shoes: Brooks Pure Cadence

Hills with Áine this morning.
Jogged to the roundabout by Mary's, 1 x the long hill loop that we have done in the past, then did 8 x 15-20second short, steeper hills, continuously with no rest (hard up and more relaxed down). It was a killer, but really constructive for speed. Shorter hills were run on grass in a field nearby to the roundabout.
