Ran to hill beyond Neville's Cross (by farm/river), then Kat was a wimp and didn't like the mud, so we ran to a long paved hill instead...
Recovery was the job back down between reps


Met up with PETE!!! Had some roasted veggies and talked about life/orienteering/theOMM--it was absolutely fantastic!

Set out controls for training this week (hill college sprint loops), gathered them in as well (Julie helped with a few)

Following training we had an o-social where we did a café crawl, which led me to discover that Leonards has the absolute BEST drink in town--the white chocolate mocha. :P

Also did a presentation with Sarah on the arctic conference I hope to organize--which was fun!

3 sets of [4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1min] continuous, increasing pace each time and no rest between, 3 min rest between sets.

Odd session and tricky to pace (we were told 5km, 3km, 1500m, 800m paces for the 4,3,2,1mins which was unrealistic).

As I am ill atm, I took the second set a bit easier than 1 and 3
