I've always worn size 10UK or 11US. I have 2 pairs of New Balance 1080s. A white size 10 and blue size 11 (12 US). I've noticed the white tearing at the sides more than the blue and a blister on my big toe from the last 2 runs confirming the white (10) is too tight. I hadn't used the white since last year. To verify this I wore 2 other size 10 pairs and both are a tight fit. All my trail run shoes are 11-12 UK
Next shoe purchase will be after xmas and will be in the shop for a fit!

Lovely sunny autumn day with a cool northerly wind. Unfortunately my hamstrings and groins were very tight so I had to stop continuously to stretch them. Very labored effort. Ran into a cloud of ducks, pigeons, seagulls and swans in a feeding frenzy along the river walk. Probably in excess of 300 birds. Very noisy.
Had a think on the way around. I'll give it until the end of October to get sort of run fit enough to start a program. Then enter something. Baby due in the next 2 weeks so that could throw a spanner in the works yet
Shoulder is sore today. I think it's simply from sleeping on my preferred side (injured side) last night. I've rolled over onto it a few times in the last few weeks but it was always uncomfortable enough to roll straight back.
Postural Hypotension is just a blood pressure thing I have that I deal with. Basically short dizzy spells when I get up too quickly. It's been bad today but I know why. Cramping feet and toes too must mean dehydration.
Motivation was also just crap today. I need to enter some event to have a goal.
Shoulder band exercises are down to a 3 effort this morning which is good. I think the routine is missing an overhead pull sort of exercise though as I can't yet pull any weight above my head.
Legs were still very tender but DOMS reduced enough to allow me stretch them
