New set of exercises. Good progress. Full ROM and strength good. Even managed 10 girlie press ups.
Toughest band now and then onto some light free weights. Green light to get back on erg as rowing will help.
Still sore in same spots but a bit better. Its going to need time. No need to go back to physio. She is confident I am progressing but if it is still sore around the bone remodeling I will need to see consultant rather than physio
Happy to be able to get back on erg as I signed up to a team who are doing the online Concept 2 October Challenge for Ailish Sheehan. She was a local 21 year old rower in my local club. Her Dad was my PE teacher in school. She was in Uni in London and had just won a bronze medal at the World Uni Games a few weeks ago. She was out celebrating with her crew and fell, hitting her head and tragically passed away a few days later. So sad.

2 different bands and little 2.5kg db. Enough to really tax the shoulder. All shoulder specific exercises except 10 girlie press ups.
I've always worn size 10UK or 11US. I have 2 pairs of New Balance 1080s. A white size 10 and blue size 11 (12 US). I've noticed the white tearing at the sides more than the blue and a blister on my big toe from the last 2 runs confirming the white (10) is too tight. I hadn't used the white since last year. To verify this I wore 2 other size 10 pairs and both are a tight fit. All my trail run shoes are 11-12 UK
Next shoe purchase will be after xmas and will be in the shop for a fit!

Lovely sunny autumn day with a cool northerly wind. Unfortunately my hamstrings and groins were very tight so I had to stop continuously to stretch them. Very labored effort. Ran into a cloud of ducks, pigeons, seagulls and swans in a feeding frenzy along the river walk. Probably in excess of 300 birds. Very noisy.
Had a think on the way around. I'll give it until the end of October to get sort of run fit enough to start a program. Then enter something. Baby due in the next 2 weeks so that could throw a spanner in the works yet
