Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
slept:5.0 shoes: Asics Ahar

Had to take Ansis to speek-skating practice in the morning; hence only 5 hours of sleep.

Orienteering race (ROC: Webster) 1:02:45 [4] *** 9.1 km (6:54 / km)
28c shoes: Adidas Neptune XC Spikes

At the end of first loop I felt week from ths cold I was having. At the end of second loop I knew that end of close and I pushed as much as I could. Somewhat clean race overall. Some burps here and there but nothing major. Instead of doing sure routes I opted to go straight wherever possible for navigation training purposes, except avoided Webster green as mush as necessary since it is nasty, nasty green. Even so - I got few cuts; one in my head when tried to go under some bushes.

Running (Treadmill) 1:03:00 [2] 6.3 mi (10:00 / mi)
max:147 shoes: Adidas adiPRENE

I was planning to use stationary bike at gym however both hearphone sets for stationary bikes I use were broken. There was no way I'd be spinning without listening and watching some TV.

Ended up watching documentary about BTK. Thought what I had that I have seen people like BTK but most people prefer not to mess with that type of people because they are just dangerous in many ways.
