I was running with Ansis first 3 miles. We were chatting a little. He asked me what's my goal. I said - I really need to loose some weight and build a base. He: "How much you need to loose?" I: "To be super-competitive - I need to go down to 170#". He: "Then that's your goal!!!"
This is lightest I have ever been in probably 10+ years. I have never been close to 200# in long, long time. Was down to 205# few times to bounce back to 210-215.
