| I messed up 2nd and 3rd flag. First loop was 55 minutes. Second loop was about 35 minutes. I did not even try to run hard on second loop. Execution on second loop was lot cleaner however there were few mistakes. Biggest problem I have now is I banged up my right heal. More time goes buy mor it hurts. I am icing it at the hotel now |

Another day I felt I could go forever. I was not planning to run at all but after halftime I decided to run for about 30 mins which turned into 6.3 miles...
I do feel some muscle pains from yesterday but overall I feel good. |
