Bouldering with dad, Katie, shallot and zoe. Was really run but arms got very dead very quickly so had lots of breaks, defs gotta go back to do the ones I couldn't do because my arms stopped working

some longer ints with the crew around the black mountain fire trails. 4x 8mins at a steady speed, was super good to have the group to run with because I would've had no idea how to pace otherwise
