ASC cross country on what was meant to be a 4k course. Considering being a little sick and feeling very tired/cold beforehand definitely surprised to take the win. Kilometre rate was much slower than Stromlo though.

Cockies night training at Aranda. Definitely not my finest night o - I got a bit nervous and slow/hesitant as soon as I was on my own and started doing silly things eg. not looking at my compass. A pretty good training though, however I did skip two controls because I though I was taking too long. Maybe I was just a bit shaken by the car crash that we witnessed right in front of us when we were about to head out to start!
Mountain running champs, a brutal 6k straight up Mt Tennent. Did quite ok considering how tired I was feeling before hand but still couldn't even catch Zoe who started 5mins ahead of me
Sprint at the new map Jerrabomberra primary. Pretty shocking race on my behalf - a lot of hesitations and small mistakes and almost misdirections plus one really bad mistake where I didn't even notice the huge impassible fence in my way.
Stated with a 5min warmup jog from school to Red Hill, then did a 5km tempo out and along the track (approx. 20:30) then another very easy 5min, then back home up the tardis track and down the ridge past the water tanks - got some bad stomach pains so probably only got about a k in the last 9-10mins after having to stop and walk.
