Sprint training at Sent again with proper starts by Jules who also put in some artificial barriers onto our maps to mix up the course we'd already done. It was much better than last time - some of which was due to knowing the area previously, but I was also just more focused/following where I was/looking ahead when I could
Orienteering (training) 1:00:00 [3] 3.5 km (17:09 / km)
Relay training at Tarasp. Really nice, pretty, fun forest...after the ridonculous hill walk over a k to the start. Lots of diagonal hill legs - the first few were fine but then messed up a classic diagonal leg. Warren found me there looking a bit lost so gave me some tips and I went with him for the next to legs. The ones after that were much better!!

Single short set with asha - which was actually a bit tough after not doing strength for a while
Orienteering (Map Walk) 35:00 [2] 2.0 km (17:30 / km)
Whole team training camp official kicked off and we started with a map walk at Lavin. It was very useful at noticing rock and contour features and Ralph/Julian pointed out lots of things I hadn't noticed on the course.
Orienteering (training) 17:00 [4] 2.3 km (7:23 / km)
Sprint training at Ardez. Screwed the first one by not following where i was/going too fast/expecting tape so then just restarted and it was better. The uphill finish was a killer
Orienteering (training) 1:05:00 [3] 4.0 mi (16:15 / mi)
O training with the pre-training-training crew. Just took it slow and got most of the controls, skipped 14 and 15 though but it was good practice. Messed up 4 which was a diagonal hillside leg but was happy once back in the complex stuff
Monas along the flat track at Sent - definitely the most scenic intervals ive ever done but the lungs were dying and the legs weren't so flash but a good sesh
