Parkrun, was feeling super motivated and went out ridiculously hard...then crashed after 1k (good one tara) so got slower and slower each km really struggling to keep pushing, and my time ended up 40sec off my pb

Drove back from qld via coff harbour to run the sand dunes course from QBIII which we didn't go to as a training. It was fun but quite hard especially with no flags and had limited time there but it was good experience.

Aus champs middle at Cascades, a super fun and technical map!! Had to go ridiculously slow to keep contact. A few little mistakes really close to the control here and there but nothing major so I was super happy...didn't quite make it on the podium but its all good bc I had a good race.
