Had to do some major taping of the blister and that ankle (sore after rolling at orienteering) and brave it for the schools knockout athletics competition. Was surprised at how well I did considering how painful it was...didn't do it very good except for making it bleed heaps and even more sore the next day.

800m don't know the time because it was part of a relay.

not a good day out...I didn't think I was doing that badly but thinking back I was pretty slow through the rocks (esp. when rolling my ankle) and because the foot with the blister was very painful. Also made quite a few exit direction mistakes - sometimes correcting them quickly...sometimes not. Zoe also beat me which was just the icing on the bad day cake

Had to do ints by myself at home because no one wanted to come with me :( The idea of the session was 3x 400m on, 1min off/800m on, 2min off but the marked field at the oval was a bit more. Good session considering I was on my own but got a horrible blister that I just kept running through because I was close to the end.

Significantly shortened long run. U the ridge, over the trig, round behind the garran houses, crossed the saddle, went right round the bottom to the quarry and home through the flats via the water tanks. Not a very pleasant run, with sore legs, an uncomfortable stomach for much of it and a congested head, so it was lucky I made it short.
