Went out to the Poland's block to help out at Blue sparks camp. Noah kindly got Katie, Shallot and I up at 4:21am so that we could run/bush bash (no path) up Currockbilly for the sunrise. Unfortunately it was a bit cloudy but we still got some awesome views and nice lighting as the sun got higher. Super fun!

Also did a few extra bits of running throughout the day eg. hanging a couple of controls/ hat relay/ night-o relay but all too small to log.

Bit of a yog with GJ to a nice lil park. Did some mini intervals, sprinting up on length of the field (less than 30sec), and jogging the other, going around the whole thing 8 times with a tiny break after 4. Luckily was not too hot despite being in full sun!

O at Yarralumla bays. took charlottes training map which was the course split up into a bunch of legs at a time for first control practice. Made a couple of very minor mistakes but was mostly good and felt like I was keeping a good pace up

control collection...but was actually out for way longer because we had so many issues, mainly because there was no master map so new controls were popping up all over the place and we weren't told that some controls were locked and needed a key to unlock

Intervals "new born lamb" style on black mountain peninsula
10x2mins, 1min rest staying off the paths so there was a small amount of up and down and everyone just ran in any direction. Ran with Katie the whole time which was good!

At the coaching workshop all day, so had walked around a very short course with Jane and run around another short one with Jacob.

Ciaran and I went out for a run straight from the Poland's after it finished, was pretty chill. Slogged t up a steep dirt track to the top of Mt Ainslie for some good views, then picked a random track down that got us on to the Campbell park map, then up the little peak next to mt Ainslie. Lost the track going down from there but didn't matter because we were heading into the terrain to collect the controls from the workshop anyway. Managed to do them all by map memory :)
Might have gone a bit longer but we were feeling a bit dead and had to get back for dinner.
