Athletics nationals 1500 which was scary but fun! Thought I was set for last place after the first 200m but managed to overtake like 3 ppl yay!! Smashed my pb by 17sec anyway so didn't matter :)

Mountain biking at Stromlo with Katie and the pro Shallot which was SUPER FUN but also v scary since I hadn't been before and defs almost died a couple of times, no bad falls since I was going to slow but was sent running down the hill twice in a row trying to get down around a corner...this also got me far enough behind the others that I thought I had taken a wrong turn so detoured up the fire trail for a while whooooops! Need to work on my skills a lot but was sooo fun :)

Monas with zoe by the lake while the others did hills, wanted something shorter and faster before athletics on the weekend. Was a good session!

Run along the dirt roads near the block, to a road recommended by Toni but got to some locked gates and wasn't really sure where I was so turned back and continued along the main road for a bit longer before heading back. Was a really nice temperature and good to just get into a rhythm along the roads.

Hung a couple of controls and jogged around the Lolly-O with Katie and Shallot a later in the day too :)
