Same time as last for parkrun so that was cool to get under 19 again! Katie and Charlotte were late for the start so Katie just turned around when I had just over 1k to go to help me along to the end which was super good :) felt pretty strong most of the way too which was also good

Long run with the crew (Katie, Shallot, Ciaran, Ollie and Matt). Went up Mt Ainslie, little hacket hill, Mt Majura, through Majura pines, then crossed back over and all the way round the flat track around mt Ainslie. Absolutely died up the hills but was ok after that, though was really struggling in the last bit even though it was the flattest. Good run though and good company :) can't really move anymore though!

Remembrance Park long style training from that easter camp I didn't go to with the crew. Patrick and Jacob went off first, then Ciaran, Mark, Charlotte, Katie and I all started together doing different routes - mine was far left along the powerlines which was super boring but the fastest of us 5. Went ok after that but was ridiculously slow once going up the hill so charlotte caught me. Ran into just about every spider that exists on the earth and died from the climb but was good training!

Shorter downhill course. Was all over the shop for no reason on the first one but was ok after that, though I definitely need to work on my speed down the hills because I just couldn't move that fast

WU and Jacob's drills which were good

5x 3min (1min rest) build ups with the crew, so getting faster each of the 3 minutes. Hadn't done this kind of thing before but I liked it! Did the first one too hard though and my lungs were kinda dying after that not sure why but still a good session!

lol 12hrs later I finally got on to the core I meant to do all day (but a shorter one because of leaving it so late), but even at this our I felt like I sweated half my bodyweight off

Again no idea about time or distance but Mum and Dad took us back to the Grand Canyon (but just in and out this time) to actually swim/walk up the canyon. much more swimming than we expected (probably from the rain) so we had to turn back before getting to the abseil because zoe was getting quite cold and we and we would still have to go back through all the water we came in, but was still really cool :)))) and got us freezing before the walk back up
