Had no lift to the Kowen training :(((((((((((((((( so had to opt for parkrun. Felt ok but the legs were just not moving as fast as I though, not a bad time though

Went out to attempt the mt Taylor training from the Canberra camp. Was the crappiest thing ever and only managed the first 5 controls before having to run up and down the track bc dad was coming to pick me up. Basically just spent my time sliding down the hill from rocks moving beneath my feet and climbing through the green like a snail, assuming id found the right rocks bc there were no flags....was not fun :(

Not a good run at Goorooyaroo. Legs were tired and it was an absolute slog through the long grass where I was weary of my ankles, and in the sun most of the time. Took the training map and made a few mistakes mostly from not concentrating properly.

Hills with a nice big group! 2x 5x90sec on, 60sec jbd with a big break in the idle to jog back to the bottom. Was super hard but also really good training, was dreading the second set but it wasn't as bad as I thought. good effort by all even though my bum nearly fell off

Two loops of not embargoed bits of red hill, twice up to the trig and along the ridge to hindmarsh, once coming back either side of the hill each. Out and back the far side of the golf course. Took ages to get into it but after that was fine
