Run long 1:30:00 [3] 16.0 km (5:38 / km)

Nice long run before spending the rest of the day writing my entire history essay :D All the way along the ridge, then down through the tunnel - I was determined to find a track to mugga mugga/ isaacs ridge. and success!! had to do a little bit of terrain before finding an under used single track leading to a main track going to isaacs ridge, though I eventually had to just turn round and didn't actually get to the pines or anything because I was going to be out too long. It also looked like it might head towards mugga mugga in the other direction but I will have to find out next time!!

with lots of drills to get my legs back into running mode

Sprintervals at the ANU, 3x 1.1-1.2ish ks I think. Set these ages ago just as an option but only when I got them out did I realise how badly I set them...very little route choice or traps, though had a couple of little run-in-and-outs where I didn't realise I couldn't get through. Still fun though and at least I finally was doing some hard running :)

Just did some stretching today, just want my body to feel better and less stiff so I can get back into proper training again so I thought I complete rest day was an ok idea.

UGH legs stiff and quite sore again today! Not sure what's happening atm :((( so took me long enough to decide whether I should run at all, which I did so late that it was getting quite difficult to see by the end :/
Started fine and kept it fairly flat but my attempt to de-stiffen my legs just did not work!!! Lucky I didn't do the intervals I had planned because that would not have gone down well.

1 set of my easy strength, then the 10min butt thing
Had to do just a shorter easier session to get back into it, and even after the break from just before oceania I was sore after this!

Easy short one to try and de-stiffen the legs after yesterday/ stretch them out a bit after strength
Distance isn't necessarily accurate since I didn't wait for the satelite

Legs not feeling so bad today luckily, though stomach was this time :(

Went to Des's training, was meant to be a 6.5k "progressive" run, though the group he told me to stick with didn't really progress because there was a very annoying boy who kept yelling at everyone because he had some idea that we should be doing 4:30s for the entire progression....so we really only got from like 4:35 to 4:25 over 6k which wasn't very hard at all, then only progressed in the last 500m.

Stomach felt really bad at the end of it so skipped the 100s which we were meat to do after
