O at remembrance park. Thought I did quite well, but actually got smashed by zoe and ella and many other so obviously was running very slowly

Don't realy know what this one was either, probably a few hills, definitely red hill

Tried out the ANU Tri/Friends running group with Mark and Ciaran, which was good! Didn't realise the warm up would be so short though so will have to come earlier to do a proper one.
3x 2min@10k, 2min@5k, 2min@"faster than that", 2min rest
Was the fastest girl and trying to work out who I should be trying to stay with

V short cool down as well, will do more next time

back logging so don't remember anything about this. Have a feeling I was sore from Monday

Tried to get back into the normal Monday strength but everything was so hard I didn't do the core circuit at the end

Similar to last week
4k made of 4x (150H, 50walk, 250H, 50walk, 350H, 50walk, 50H, 50walk)
Specific instructions not to sprint but had to go all out to keep 1 step ahead of zoe. Des was probs going to make me do another lap but I was so dead I felt like I just couldnt

First long run in a while, was sore afterwards. Just loops of red hill as per usual.
