Sprint training on my home turf. Was made up of a map memory course, where each control site was the next map, then two short courses (1-1.5k). Paused in between each map memory control and between each exercise, and during a toilet stop mid course so this was actually very broken up. Felt good for the map memory...then not so good after that, I just didn't have the speed to keep pushing.
WU/WD was running there and back.
