Ella, Zoe, Robin and I rocked up to bilbys to find no one there...so we just did intervals together.
I did 200, 400, 600, 800, 1k, 1k, 800, 600, 400, 200 with 100 rec after the 200s, 300 after the 1ks and 200 after the others. Started off feeling pretty stiff and heavy in the legs (which I guess was to be expected after 8hrs of walking round at work) but really got into it and ended up not feeling too bad! We were so spread out though so I really had no idea how I would be going compared to anyone else - still don't have heaps of speed but was happy to get some hard running in and really push myself. Also did 3:42 for both 1ks and 2:59 for both 800s so pretty happy with that consistency!
