St Albans Parkrun, first time trying to go really hard for a long time so really really struggled after the first 2k, happy to just scrape in under 20

Hard run meant my stomach felt really really bad afterwards, struggled even on this run back to the house. Planned to do more later in the day but never got there

First 15mins was an attempt to get back into intervals...didn't go so well, just did 5x2mins not very hard at all then ran back home. Was very hard to try to get myself to do this after so long as well

Second part of the Nighthawk relay. This leg was close to 100% track running, but after my first hard run being yesterday and a very bad sleep on a classroom floor overnight I just felt like I had zero energy so it wasn't the greatest.
