Day out at Newborough beach which was so nice! This was the rrun in from the bus and along the forest path a bit further which was really pretty

Run intervals 30:00 [4] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

6x2min terrain hills in the beach forest. Was soft open pine which was nice, but we were running out of space so there were a few more obstacles towards the end. So pretty slow bc of the terrain but still hard!

Run warm up/down 12:23 [2] 1.69 km (7:20 / km)

CD out of the forest, around the light house island and to our swimming spot

Run 35:12 [3] 5.87 km (6:00 / km)

Back from the swimming spot along the beach, and found a new path through the forest/ fields to get back to the bus stop

Day trip to Snowdonia! Went up Crib Gogh which was awesome (more climbing/ scrambling than walking though), then it was wind and rain from when we got up Snowdon and on the whole run down the main path (so no view :/) still heaps of fun though!

Ints with Georgia and Lawrence around the pond in the park. Just did 3x4mins, planned to do 4 but I could feel the calf soreness coming on again and was worried about overdoing it. Still good to at least do a little bit of hard running.

Planned to do strength and/or a jog as well...but was lazy again...really struggling to get myself back into normal training after suchc a big break

Nice run with the whole Jones crew apart from maggie, so maybe a bit slower paced than if I was alone. That was ok though bc I started to get a sore side calf so had to cut the planned run short anyway.
