Lonely ints in the park. Did the same session as the group did on Tuesday which I didn't make it back in time for. So 3x4mins (2mins), 3x2mins (1min), then 4x30sec (30sec) - though the group did 6x30sec. had to have an extra minute after the last 4 and 2 as well bc I was struggling quite a lot. Was hard to do these alone, and a bit depressing to see my pace, but given its an undulating loop and my lack of intervals in the past two months I couldn't have expected much more, especially doing them alone. Proud just to have got through the session really, but got a lot of work to do to get my speed and fitness back!
