Warm day in Buffalo. Went to Chesnut Ridge Park for a little run. Some snow and ice on the trails. Icy leaves breaking under my feet felt nice. Eric joined me and he was doing a great job motivating me along the way. When I would slow down or want to stop he would say ' If you want to beat those other orienteers you better keep moving', so I kept moving...
